Hello! I’m David, an Ohio native with over a decade of experience in the construction industry right here in the Greater Cleveland area. I hold a Construction Management Degree from Ohio State, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage a wide range of construction projects effectively.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained invaluable experience across every facet of the custom design and renovation process. From new builds to renovations and even the construction supply chain, I’ve had the opportunity to immerse myself in the industry. My journey has fueled my passion for creating a client-focused experience. I’ve seen firsthand the inefficiencies that can arise and feel called to optimize the process to make it seamless and enjoyable for clients.

On a personal note, I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have three wonderful kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and I bring that same sense of care and dedication to every project I undertake.
